Defect
In the diesel engine fuel filter, the filter case has insufficient strength. Fuel pressure fluctuations and engine vibration may cause the filter case to crack, allowing fuel to leak.
Corrective action

状況
ディーゼルエンジンの燃料フィルタにおいて、フィルタケースの強度が不足しているため、燃料圧力の変動およびエンジン振動によりフィルタケースに亀裂が入るものがあり、燃料が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該燃料フィルタを対策品に交換する。
