Defect
Improper handling procedures during frame manufacturing defects have resulted in reduced hardness at the side stand bracket mounting area of the frame. This loss of hardness can damage the mounting area, and the vehicle may tip over while the side stand is in use.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, check the casting date code on the underside of the frame. Affected vehicles will be exchanged for vehicles free of this defect. For vehicles addressed through parts repair, replace the frame with a new part.

状況
フレームの製造不良時の処理方法が不適切なため、フレームのサイドスタンドブラケット取付け部の硬度が低下している。そのため、フレームのサイドスタンドブラケット取付け部が損傷し、サイドスタンド使用中に車両が転倒するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、フレームの裏側にある鋳造日記号を確認し、該当する車両は不具合のない車両に交換する。交換修理用部品に関してはフレームを新品に交換する。
