Defect
On agricultural tractors, improper manufacturing of the axle shaft may result in the C-ring retainer not being assembled in its correct position. Continued operation causes the bushings and related components securing the axle to wear, producing play in the axle. In the worst case, the axle may pull out of the housing while the vehicle is in motion.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the vehicle.

状況
農耕トラクタにおいて、車軸の製造が不適切なため、車軸の抜け止め用のＣリングが正規の位置に組付けられていないおそれがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、車軸を固定しているブッシュ等が摩耗して車軸にがたつきが生じ、最悪の場合、走行中に車軸が抜けるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、車両交換を行う。
