Defect
In the automatic transmission, the tightening process for the nut that secures the shift cable to the transmission was performed incorrectly, leaving the nut undertorqued on some units. Continued use may cause the nut to come loose, resulting in loss of shift control.
Corrective action

状況
自動変速機において、シフトケーブルと変速機を締結するナットの締付け工程が不適切なため、締付け不足のものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ナットが外れてシフト操作できなくなるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナットの締付け状態を点検し、緩みのあるものは規定トルクで締付ける。
