Defect
On large buses, the front axle brake hose is routed incorrectly. During steering maneuvers, the hose flexes excessively and sustains damage. Continued operation may cause brake fluid to leak from the hose, reducing braking force.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace the brake hose and connector with corrected parts and revise the routing.

状況
大型バスの前軸ブレーキホースの取り回しが不適切なため、転舵時に当該ホースが屈曲し、損傷するものがある。そのため、そのままの状態で使用を続けると、当該ホースからブレーキ液が漏れ、制動力が低下するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ブレーキホース及びコネクタを対策品に交換し、取り回しを変更する。
