Defect
The left-side engine lubrication oil hose is improperly assembled and contacts the exhaust pipe on some vehicles. Continued use may damage the hose and, in the worst case, cause an oil leak.
Corrective action

状況
原動機の潤滑装置において、左側潤滑油ホースの組付けが不適切なため、排気管と接触す るものがあり、そのままの状態で使用を続けると最悪の場合、当該ホースが損傷しオイル が漏れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、当該ホースを良品と交換するとともに、ガイドを追加する。
