Defect
Due to inadequate work instructions during manufacturing, the rear seat belts on some vehicles were assembled with the left and right units swapped. As a result, the sensor that detects vehicle inclination does not operate correctly, and the vehicles do not conform to Safety Standards Article 22-3.
Corrective action
Inspect the rear seat belts on all vehicles. If the left and right belts are found to be incorrectly assembled, reinstall them in the correct positions.
