Defect
The horn switch has inadequate waterproofing. During heavy rainfall or similar high-water exposure, water may penetrate the electrical contact area inside the switch. As a result, the horn may sound regardless of whether the switch is operated.
Corrective action
Replace the horn switch on all vehicles.

状況
警音器（ホーンスイッチ）の防水性が不適切なため、集中豪雨など多量の雨水を被水した場合、スイッチ内部の電気接点部に水が浸入する場合がある。そのため、警音器スイッチの操作に関係なく警音器が吹鳴するおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ホーンスイッチを交換する。
