Defect
On 5-ton-class forklifts, the knuckle spindle geometry is improperly designed, providing insufficient durability against operational stress. Continued use may cause cracks to develop in the knuckle spindle and, in the worst case, the spindle may fracture and the wheel may detach.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, replace both the left and right knuckle spindles with corrected parts.

状況
５トン系フォークリフトにおいて、ナックルスピンドルの形状が不適切なため使用過程で発生する応力に対して耐久力が不足している。そのため、そのまま使用を続けると、ナックルスピンドルに亀裂が生じ、最悪の場合、当該スピンドルが破断し車輪が外れるおそれがある。
改善措置
全車両、ナックルスピンドル（左右）を対策品と交換する。
