Defect
In the electrical circuit controlling the air conditioning electromagnetic clutch (magnetic switch), the fuse rating is insufficient. If the magnetic clutch winding deteriorates and excessive current flows through the circuit, the air conditioning electrical relay may burn out. In the worst case, this may result in a vehicle fire.
Corrective action
On all vehicles, add a 10A fuse to the affected electrical circuit.

状況
エアコンの電磁クラッチ(マグネットスイッチ)を制御する電気回路において、フューズ の容量が不適切なため、マグネットクラッチの電磁石用巻線が劣化して当該電気配線に過 大な電流が流れた場合、エアコン用電気リレーが焼損し、最悪の場合、火災に至るおそれ がある。
改善措置
全車両、当該電気回路に10Aヒューズを追加する。
